Privacy notice

Version dated 15 October 2026

Your contact details are used to organise your participation in the WE-INNOVATE beta. This does not subscribe you to any marketing newsletter.

Data controller

DECODE MEDIA SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €75,192, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 504 475 112. Address: 26 rue Bosquet, 75007 Paris, France. Privacy contact: richard@decode.media.

What we collect and why

We record your work email, consent, application date and the information needed to manage invitations and your participation. These data are used to manage the applicant list, contact you with an invitation and organise discussions about the beta.

The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The form requires your email and the consent checkbox to submit an application. Registration is optional: you can visit the website without registering. Your consent does not authorise a purchase, a subscription or any other marketing campaign.

Who receives your data?

Authorised DECODE MEDIA staff managing the beta can access applications. The form and response storage are provided by Airtable (Formagrid Inc.), our technical provider. The response list is not public. DECODE MEDIA does not sell your contact details or share them with partners for marketing.

Retention

Participation-list data are retained until the beta closes, for no more than 12 months after registration, or until you withdraw consent if earlier. They are then deleted or anonymised. Any subsequent relationship for a different service would require separate information and a separate legal basis.

Airtable and international transfers

Airtable and its subprocessors may process some data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This notice does not guarantee that data are hosted exclusively in Europe.

Airtable describes the safeguards it offers for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses, in its data processing addendum. You can request further information or a copy of the applicable safeguards from richard@decode.media. See also the Airtable privacy policy and subprocessor list.

Your rights and withdrawal of consent

Subject to the GDPR, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Request withdrawal of my consent ↗

For any request, email richard@decode.media, preferably from the address used to register. We normally respond within one month. If an extension is permitted under the GDPR, we will explain the reason and the deadline. Proportionate identity checks may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
